Looking for a career in sailing or want to volunteer as a coach in your club? The RYA has an internationally recognised Coaching Scheme. Having taken your pre-entry sailing assessment, the scheme will lead you through the coaching levels; Assistant Instructor or Instructor, then Senior Instructor, and finally Coach Assessor.
